Some time ago Alan Smith at Robins and Day telephoned to talk about a deal on a car. Perhaps because of gearing to meet emissions, that car had a reduced towing load, but he listened to my comments, and recently came up with a good deal on another model to meet my needs. Well Done

Great Service and a 'happy to help' attitude
I saw Beth at Peugeot and she was very knowledgeable and happy to help me understand all about the car, the service packages available, options and what suited me best. We had an extended test drive to really get a feel for the car on differing roads and that's what gave me the confidence to buy the car and buy from her.

I had the pleasure of meeting a young lad called Nicholas Carter. He contacted me year a go but was unable to help at this point then sent a countesy email last week. He asked what I was interested in and if he could help. Not once did I feel pushed into buying a car. Would definitely recommend him and the company to friends and family.
How to replace your aging car with no "hastles"
Located my choice had a test drive discussed prices, get a typed explanation, went away spoke with wife looked at other vehicles there and selected another model which was the original choice, went back to sales person Sean, discussed it, test drive, revised costs etc agreed price set up package and collection date and time, done excellent service from start to finish. Fully documented all actions and agreements received copies in portfolio collect on date agreed, so simple and easy to follow well done.

superb deal in coventry
We visited Coventry today from Bristol
Already spoken to mark in used car sales who kindly reserved the 208 my daughter was interested in and kept his word.
The process was straight forward with mark who was honest very knowledgeable and a credit to robins and day
We received a excellent deal and purchased the car
If the car turns out as good as mark we will have superb deal from a quality sales person
