    Friendly and helpful local dealership

    Just concluded purchase of our 5th Peugeot, all bought and serviced from the same dealers (or their immediate local predecessors). We keep go back simply because their continuing customer service is so good with a similarly straightforward approach whether we've been buying a new car or chcking if it's time to change a worn tyre. There's never been any high pressure sales techniques and it's good to deal with people who get to know us and our requirements.

    Overall very good

    I recently purchased a vehicle from Robins & Day Manchester and overall would say it was a was a good, pleasurable transaction. The Sales adviser was Naresh who was very good. He was friendly and knowledgeable from our first visit and carried this on all the way through the buying process. The car had been MOT'd, serviced and valeted when I collected it as expected. Postives. 1- Naresh was good. Good to deal with. He regulary kept me updated on my vehicle and stayed late one night to tie up some lose ends (above and beyond). 2 - Car was spotless when I collected it. Negatives. 1. Although it was quite late in the evening when I collected my vehicle, I felt hurried and rushed at the end. No fault of Naresh, a colleague was clearly hinting for him to hurry up and this left a little sour taste ... Yes the deal had been finalised but surely a little customer service is still important after the sale ? All i wanted was to be shown some of the features in the car ... I didnt think that was to much to ask. 2. No car mats - I believe this is the case for most new / newish vehicles (no fault of Robins & Day) .. just something I took for granted when getting a car. Overall I would give the whole experience a 9 / 10. Just a shame about the rushing at the end.

    First Car Purchase- Best Experience Ever!!

    On first arrival the Peugeot Team were all an absolute pleasure and super welcoming. My mum an I were nicely offered a hot/cold beverage and allowed to check out the indoor vehicles. Priyesh (the salesmen) was an absolute gentlemen throughout and made my first car milestone an awesome experience! It was quick, easy and he broke everything down to me with complete honesty. He answered every question and query with total confidence and at no point during the sale did I feel pressured or unasurred. The whole team were 100% professional, charming but also full of humour and easy to talk to. I was shocked by the showy reveal of my first car. They covered it with a Peugeot sheet protector inside a separate holding room and I got to take it off (whilse proudly filming live to my Facebook friends) and see it for the first time! Sounds ridiculous by suprisingly took the experience to a whole new level :) ...not to mention the amazing gift I received from Peugeot on my departure O,o < Thank you! Since then, I've had to call for help due to no fault of the car or Peugeot but again, perfect customer service and instantaneous assistance. Peugeot should be proud and I look forward to my future as a Peugeot Customer :) 10/10
