Very Nice
When I looked on the internet and found the car I wanted to look at the sales department went out the way to help me as I am a carer and was not able to go to the dealership to have a look at the car they brought the car to me to look at I am very satisfied with the way they looked after me.

I dropped in, without any prior warning, having made a fairly last-minute decision to change cars. I went with some idea of what I wanted, having browsed the Robins and Day website and review sites. I was treated to an un-rushed couple of hours of the sales-person's time, in which I gleaned a great deal of information and insight, some hands-on time with the most likely vehicle, and, having had my initial choice confirmed, a pleasantly non-pressurised time while deals were struck. A very positive experience.

We have now purchased our fourth car from the dealership, three of them from salesperson Alan Smith. We have had many different brands of car in the past, and we looked at other brands for this purchase, including Mercedes Benz, Audi, Volvo and Alfa Romeo, We decided, however, that we should go with a dealership we knew and Alan Smith, a salesman we trust. We are delighted with the outcome, and are now the possessors of a flamboyant DS4 Crossback.

1st class knowledge of salesman who gave us no nonsense service and explained all the options clearly. Best test drive ever for distance we were allowed to go.
