Brilliant staff, they answered my every single question
Helpful, quick and professional
Me and my girlfriend went in looking for a car each on Saturday and we both walked out with a great deal on the car we wanted. My girlfriends car was ready for pickup in only 3 days and I am being kept up to date as to when I can collect my car.
Excellent Experience
Excellent experience from start to finish. No pressure at all for a sale. Everything explained clearly and taken out on two test drives just to be certain of road handling and different transmissions . Room for negotiation.

I bought a car from Birmingham in digbeth, when I first bought a car it was my father who purchased it for me. I wasn't feeling comfortable about this buying process as I didn't know much about prices and what I was going to buy. Can't believe how easy and slick the whole process was and how helpful the person was who we dealt with, he made me feel like I was at home and ticked all the boxes I wanted in a car.
Will recommend him to my family and friends.

Buying a new van
I was very happy with Scott when going through the ins & outs of purchasing a new Peugeot Boxer Van at Robins & Day. Scott was professional & honest we seemed to get on well & I have now ordered my new van.
Listened to what I wanted,came up with suggestions,delivered.
I made my first approach some months ago when I first heard about the new Citroen C3 replacing the existing model.
The result of my conversation(s) was that I was kept informed of the progress of the new C3 and was informed when one would be available for a test drive.
I took a test drive,liked the car,discussed what I wanted and the sales advisor came up with an offer.
I accepted the offer and bought the car.
At all stages I was listened to without any sales pressure being applied and I really cannot find fault with any part of my buying experience.
In summary all I can say is that in my 50 years of buying new cars this has been the least stressful and most pleasurable experience and I congratulate the staff of Robins & Day in making it so.
