    Had my Peugeot vehicle service and Mot carried out at Stellantisandyou today (15/01/2023). The experience was brilliant and that made a difference to me to take the efforts to fill in this survey. Compared to last year, this year I was offered a courtesy vehicle. I was advised of the potential cost and and faults identified on the back of the service and what is covered or not. I was also introduced to their vehicle care plan which is so much value for money than the extended warranty I pay for which I has not yielded anything till date. Their care plan included annual service and MOT, lifetime warranty and road side breakdown cover.

    This is the second time I have brought…

    This is the second time I have brought my electric fist 500 to Stellantis and co and the only thing that makes it bearable is the excellent service and attention to detail provided by Katarzyna Hryniewicz at Stellantis &You Brentford. Having had a few problems last time which Kasha ironed out for me on that occasion too, I deliberately booked early (November for a January appointment) and tried to notify Stellantis of all my needs but although the girl on the central booking service in the midlands was helpful and polite I received several phone calls from Brentford the day before the service indicating a few issues. Particularly that I would not be able to wait and the extra work I had requested could not be done. I am pleased to say Kasha is delightful and upon my arrival went out of her way to sort out my issues and was charming and pleasant throughout - Stellantis Brentford is lucky to have her and I as a customer lucky to deal with her - very much appreciated. She is worth her weight in gold and restored my faith that customer Service is alive and kicking.

    Going above and beyond

    In 2021 we had to go down the route of having a motorbility car. Peugeot Maidstone was the only ones who could help us at the time. A really lovely lady by the name of Toni Heal went above and beyond to secure us a beautiful Peugeot 2008 who we called Bianca. Sadly my husband passed away last year November 2023 and the car had to go back to Motorbility. I did ask to buy the car but for reasons they stopped selling to customers. Anyway I contacted Toni Heal at Maidstone Peugeot as she would be the one to take receivership of the car back. I explained I wanted to buy the car as it meant a lot to me and I felt close to my husband driving it. Well once again Toni and the team went about and beyond to bid for the car and won it. Motorbility cars go up for auction so it wasn’t guaranteed. I am so happy and so grateful to Toni and the team at Maidstone for all they did in getting Bianca back for me and I would highly recommend them to anyone who wanted to buy a car or get a motorbility car. Toni heal you are amazing at your job. I can’t thank you enough for all your kindness and determination in reuniting me with Bianca.
