Excellent Customer Service

Customer service at the Coventry branch Phoenix corner was excellent listened to exactly what I wanted and very helpful would recommend this branch to anybody wanting to buy a used or new car.

We were approached by Wendy to enquire if we needed assistance, from then on we were treated excellently. Everything was explained fully, even the boring bits. The whole experience was pleasurable. Looking forward to many years of this service.

Buying a used car from Robins & Day, Birmingham North was a very easy and pleasant experience. Our dealings were mainly with David Evans, who was always very helpful and quick to answer any queries we had, but credit must also be given to Jamie, who, although being a Citroen man, knew enough about the brand to guide us through our viewing. Even Steve, who greeted us on entrance, was friendly and pointed us in the right direction. Altogether an easy experience, making our 2 hour journey to view the car, then again to pick it up, worthwhile!!
PS: Just sort out the coffee machine ...

Very impressed with level of attention and courtesy of sales person and my choices were quickly assimilated and responded to. No 'hard sell' and very clear explanation of car features, options and, importantly, cost implications of different combinations.

Both myself & my son felt well at ease with Michael ( Sales Adviser ). He
explained the new Model that I was interested in very well, answered all we asked . The test drive was very good with good information through out.

if I could buy a new car, my 5th new car from Robins & Day and
get a good exchange deal for my old car.
I was dealt by Aaron the salesman for Robins & day in a very efficient
and professional way. He explained all the issues with the deal very
clearly.
I agreed to the terms and got a very generous deal.
This was my 5th deal since I came to Robins & Day in 2004.
