Very pleasant car buying experience
Didn't do the hard sell that lots of other dealers try to do. Just gave me the facts when i asked them and were very nice and fun with it. Overall a very good experience and would buy again from them. Will see what their service and parts department is like later.
excellent service
We recently visited robins and day looking to buy a car the salesman we spoke to (Richie) was very helpful he showed us what we wanted to see very friendly and helpful explained everything clearly. We pick the car up on Saturday (cant wait !) and Richie is going in on his day off to do the hand over he really has gone that extra mile. We found our experience very pleasing and would recommend Robins &Day to all family and friends

BUYING A USED PEUGEOT
My wife and I enjoyed our experience at Robins and Day Guildford as we quickly decided to purchase a used car to replace a much older model. The process was carried through by a very pleasant and helpful member of the sales staff. The coffee and hot chocolate were much appreciated as we were taken through the necessary paperwork. At no time did we feel pressured to close a deal, and no one seemed worried as we took the car out for a short drive. We have bought from R & D before and would do so again if we live long enough. Much to be recommended!

Fantastic Experience!
After a terrible and disheartening time at Arnold Clark, I was apprehensive about even going to a different dealership, but I was wrong. Robins and Day Birmingham North were absolutely fantastic, friendly and trustworthy advice from the moment we got there. Didn't feel like I was being lied to at any point, or like I was the target of a sales pitch.
I hadn't driven a car for nearly 10 months so was obviously nervous about the test drive, but David made me feel so relaxed it was like I hadn't stopped driving at all. I left with no pressure at all to buy the car, but decided to call back the next day and take the plunge! I can't wait to pick up my new Peugeot tomorrow!!
