Welcoming dealership
So far so good, very welcoming, excellent advice from salesperson, we knew what features we were after and this was taken into account whilst showing us various models. Fair part exchange price and now looking forward to collecting our car in the next few days in the condition it was promised.
Liked the vehicle
Liked the vehicle, liked the salesman (James) but hated the obstacles in getting to a final price. The deal in terms of £££ value I'm happy with but I'm not content that the model I got was the one I really wanted. Would I have upped my £££ to get the next model up - we may never know.

I decided it was time to go look for a new car and I went to a few dealers but not really had what I was looking for. I went to Robins & Day Romford to have a look around to see what they had, the salesperson I met J was very nice and helpful and answered many questions that I had to ask and I bought a Citroen DS3 and its a lovely car and drives perfect just what I was looking for. I highly recommend anyone looking for a nice car with a nice genuine salesperson to visit the showroom its an excellent service.
