A long process - but enjoyable!
To be fair, car buying today is not what it used to be. So much paperwork and the offer of this and the confirmation of that... Very stressful.
But, I cannot praise highly enough the sales lady who oversaw my purchase. Caitlin was relatively new to the sales role, but despite this, she was affable, knowledgeable and approachable and worked confidently through the multitude of on-line forms. She did a fantastic job.
Robins and Day will be on my list when i look to renew my car in four years time, I just hope Caitlin is there when I return.

The best way to buy a new smaller car.
I was warmly welcomed by Joe Coombes when l went to think about buying a smaller car. He carefully showed me all the appropriate features and the ways l would save on petrol costs etc. I was made to feel very much at ease and confident in my final decision to buy the Citroen Cl. It was then great fun in choosing the colours l wanted.All in all quite an exciting day!

I would certainly recommend robins and day, Simon the sales man was courteous, helpful and not pushy I did not feel pressured at all. Due to upgrading of the site customer parking was a bit of a problem but that should be sorted soon.

Excellent service from the minute me and family walk in. The salesman took the time out to actually ask me what car I wanted rather than tell me what i wanted unlike some other dealsrships

Was recommended to Robins & Day by a friend. Very pleased with the service. There was no pressure from any salesperson who were available for advice and questions. When purchasing my used Peugeot Mark was great in constantly explaining finance, insurance and service options several times until I understood while also taking time to listen to what I wanted and advising on vehicle options. Definitely use again.
