I turned up without an appointment and Mr English at Cribbs Causeway was very helpful, we were only interested in one vehicle and he wasn't pushy at all , we also wanted to take the car that morning, again it was no problem. The deal was done by lunchtime , very pleased

Customer service was Good, disappointed that the Interior hadn't been cleaned from the previous owners. Not sure all the check were carried out as spare tyre was flat, and incorrect pressures on rest of the car.

I have always had good service with Robins&Day and found them helpful.
Just recently I had a change in my life that made things more difficult for me and this was about my car, with the help of Robins&Day this was sorted out and a new car was ordered which should make my life a lot easier and I am now looking forwards to the arrival of my new car, I can't thank the sales staff enough on the Peugeot side of the company for all their help.

We received excellent service. Dan H was extremely courteous and attentive. He methodically guided us through the process of buying Peugeot 2008 SUV GT via "just add fuel" and was able to answer all our questions. Dan also explained the features of the car. I can't thank Dan enough for making this hassle-free. I've also been impressed with the follow-up phone calls to check if there were any issues. I would not hesitate recommending Robins & Day. The "just add fuel" scheme will enable my 23 year old son to not only simply sort out affordable insurance, but makes purchasing/leasing of the car affordable and the package offered is excellent. MY DEALINGS WITH ROBINS AND DAY SHEFFIELD NORTH HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY SATISFACTORY.THE SALESMAN STEPHEN PARROTT IS SOMEONE WHO CAN BE TRUSTED AND I VALUE HIS STRAIGHT TALKING AND PRAGMSTISM. THERE IS NO HIGH PRESSURE SALES TALK, JUST STRAIGHT PRESENTATION OF FACTS RESULTING IN A CVERY GOOD DEAL. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECCOMEND THEM.
Excellent Experience

We picked up our Citroen C4 Brand Picasso on 1/9/17 in Edgware and we were amazed at their high standards of customer Care, Damien Buncombe has to be one of the nicest and professional sales associates I've dealt with for as long as I can rember, he organized our new car in just over a week!! And after having to wait a little longer than usual we were given a bouquet of flowers as an appollogy. Thank you for a great experience.
