Honest service with helpful, attentive staff

Staff were helpful and reliable. I spoke to 3 different people 2 of which were managers who dealt with my deal. Every person I spoke to was aware of where we were up to at that point so I didn't have to keep explaining what was happening at each stage. If they said they would send me something or call etc they always did as promised.

A treat to do business

Firstly; In my opinion the salesperson dealing with your particular enquiry is the face of the company so Robins and Day should be proud that they have a salesperson as good as Phillip Taylor representing them. We never had pressure to purchase but when we made the decision his product knowledge of the vehicle, finance etc was excellent. Secondly; Communication is key, and he kept in touch with us throughout the process. Regards Phil and Liz

Fantastic!

I have recently purchased a new Peugeot 308SW from Robins and day Newcastle. As a distance buyer I made the initial trip to Newcastle to test drive the vehicle. Stephen Spoors was the salesperson who looked after me. Fantastic service from Stephen from start to finish and after sales. Informative and knowledgeable and nothing was to much trouble. Zero pressure and none of that hard sell nonsense, in fact quite the opposite, Stephen wanted to make sure I was 100% sure before buying. He took care of my part ex and as a distance buyer things could not of been easier. The whole experience was a pleasure, seamless and hassle free. What more could you ask for! Thank you Stephen and Robins and day.

I bought the new 5008 from Robins and Day (Sale). The sales adviser (Malcolm Watts) was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car and spent a fair amount of time looking at different deals on different models. The test drive was good and I was able to test the car on the motorway. Malcolm also kept me informed of the delivery timescale after placing the order. Overall very happy and would recommend Robins and Day (Sale).

A very pleasant experience..........

On Saturday the 18th November I saw a vehicle I was half interested in advertised on the web. I entered the details of my current vehicle to obtain a part exchange quote or should I say and estimated value. On the Sunday morning decided to travel the 30 miles to see the vehicle I was interested in along with another make and model from a dealer 20 miles further away. Just as I was about to leave I answered a mobile call from the Maidstone branch asking what I thought of the estimation of my car and said I was just about to leave and would be with him within 40 minutes. The salesperson was both polite and helpful and although I did not want to go for a test drive on this occasion bid him farewell and left to see the other car. The next stop was a totally different experience, a main dealer who was no interested in doing a valuation against a vehicle of theirs because the salesperson I spoke to on the Saturday was no present and I was left to wander around with no one making any contact with me. I phoned Maidstone, returned and took a test drive, paid a deposit and retuned on the Tuesday 21st to take delivery. A very pleasant experience from start to finish, the service was first class and I wouldn't have any hesitation on recommending the dealership to others who might be interested in purchasing a motor vehicle.

Couldn’t fault anything

I’ve never had any problems with Citroen since purchasing my DS in October 2015. All the staff make you feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door. Showroom is always clean and well presented with a wide selection of new cars. Very happy!
