5⭐️ Service from Mr Mo Zarrin at Stellantis Vauxhall Edgware
I picked up my lovely car yesterday and my experience with Mr Mo Zarrin at Stellantis Vauxhall Edgware was second to none!!! 10/10
His attention to detail and he never makes you feel rushed. He is so patient and no question is too silly for him to answer sincerely and with politeness.
If you’re thinking of buying a vauxhall and you want 5⭐️ treatment which stems from just browsing, then enquiring, to ordering your car to collecting your car the treatment is second to none at Vauxhall Edgware with Mr Mo Zarrin. Even up to the top as the manager Mr Robert Parris is engaging, helpful and willing to do whatever he can to help.
So if you’re thinking to buy a Vauxhall go to Vauxhall Edgware if you want continuous high standards and ask for Mr Mo Zarrin.

Reminded me that my MOT and service…
Reminded me that my MOT and service were due. The vehicle was booked for service without any hassle. Service and MOT completed by mid-afternoon. The car exterior was cleaned. I have a service Plan, so I was able to book a courtesy car. efficient and friendly service.
Problems with my CarPlay
Problems with my CarPlay, each time courtesy car sorted and customer service was excellent. Kept me informed with what was going on. Sorted eventually after every avenue looked at.
Excellent Service
Called in without an appointment as my dashboard warning lights had come on ..Holly on reception took charge straight away getting one of the lads to have a look for me..he then took the car into the workshop..gave it me back 10 minutes later all sorted... exemplary service above and beyond
Not a great start but it got better
We had an appointment at 2pm. On arrival we were disappointed to find that the person we had arranged to see was now dealing with a “walk in” customer. We waited over half an hour becoming increasingly annoyed as we felt that the walk-in customer should have been asked to wait as we had made the appointment. (During this time another member of staff did make us a coffee). Eventually we were passed over to another person - Richard who was excellent. He got us a coffee, brought a model of the car we wanted right round to the front door so that my husband who is disabled didn’t have to walk far. He went through every aspect of the car, the adaptions we needed, colours, up front payment.and payment towards extra items. He was very friendly and chatty and was also very patient answering all our questions in full. He couldn’t have been more helpful. It’s quite worrying choosing and leasing a new car but Richard made it all very easy and enjoyable. Richard deserves five stars but I have to take one star off for the way we were initially treated

Reliable Local Dealership.
I recently had a rare problem with my Citroen Aircross.
Having explained the issue with the helpful service dept I was booked in for a system diagnosis on the vehicle.
The car was collected from my home and delivered back again later. Which saved me the hassle of getting the vehicle to the Dealership.The problem solved and pleased my car is running perfectly again.
Thanks to all at Stellantis Coventry for great service again.
