Stuart and the Robins & Day team were excellent - they were very helpful, answered all of our questions immediately, arranged an over-night test drive to allow us to try the vehicle out properly and provided a competitive PCH quote. we would recommend their pre-sale service.

Buying a used car can be quite a daunting experience. My previous car (also purchased used) suffered major engine failure, despite not being all that old and had to be scrapped. I was understandably a little nervous when looking for its replacement. I knew which car I had in mind and it just so happened that what on paper seemed like an excellent example was listed at Robins & Day Edgware.
While they are are a Peugeot and Citroen dealership and the car I was purchasing was a different brand, the quality of service I received from initial contact all the way through to the sale and even the after-sales care has been excellent. The salesman I was dealing with in particular, Ivan, was a gentleman throughout, very helpful, not pushy and really put my mind at ease. He took me on an extended test drive to really get to know the car and answered my many, many questions patiently and in full; in person, over the phone and over email..
I would not hesitate in recommending this dealership and in particular Ivan. I hope that I don't have to look for another car anytime soon(!) but I would definitely consider going down to Robins & Day Edgware when I that time does eventually arrive.

I selected a different car to the original choice, so the team were helpful and effective in preparing it whilst I waited. As a second-hand car, it had new mats, mint user manuals and the vehicle was in showroom condition.
The price was attractive against alternatives elsewhere on the internet but this dealer was the only one that had my preferred colour and specification.
