Our sales man was very understanding…
Our sales man was very understanding and patient with our son who was buying the car. Our son has Autism but did have a test drive with the sales man who supported him. There were issues with the deal and this was due to a technical IT problem which gave us a misleading cost of the vechicle but after lots of negotiation on my sides we were happy with the final price . We have a very happy young man who can’t wait to collect his car tomorrow , Noel his sales man is even coming in on his day off to do the hand over - great customer service .

One of the things I dread most when looking for a new care is the sales men and women.
At Robins & Day the experience with all the staff was totally different. No Preasure sales very informal in your own time.
The main person I delt with was Mark Bibby he was a true gentleman all the way through, he made it an enjoying exsperience so I didn't get stressed at all.
