No Hassle Bargain Buy
I visited the Birmingham North branch of Robbins & Day to buy a specific second-hand vehicle I had seen on the internet. I liked the car, spoke to a very pleasant salesman, was able to haggle a bit ( well, you expect a little horse trading, don't you? ), & secure the sale with a very reasonable deposit. The inevitable paperwork was made as painless as possible, & I left very satisfied. One week later, after my car was thoroughly valeted, cleaned, polished etc., I returned to pay the balance & collect the car. Once again, the final paperwork was expertly explained to me, & dealt with quickly & efficiently. Some considerable time was taken to explain all the functions & features of the new car to me, ( goodness! how sophisticated cars have become in the last 20 years, the age of my previous car ). All in all, a pleasant, stress-free experience I could recommend without hesitation.

Firstly I had been to my local dealership and got treated appallingly by the sales department, they did not seem to care about me being loyal for the past 16yrs.
ROBIN AND DAY at Chingford on the other hand were totally different nothing was a problem, they could not have been more helpful. Marius who dealt with us is a real credit and ambassador for the company, Tony was very helpful in dealing with my questions over the telephone. The whole experience from start to finish me driving away with car purchased I could not fault. I would recommend to anyone to give them a try if you feel your local dealership seems not to care less, you have nothing to loose just a bit of your time you will not be disappointed. I drove over a hundred miles and I am glad I did and in the future they will be my first point of call, I would rather pass my hard earnt money to a dealership that treats you well and with respect isn't that all we really want. Thank you Marius and Tony and all the staff in getting the car ready for me to take on the day, dropped it on you there really.

I bought an approved used Citroen…
I bought an approved used Citroen Cactus C4 recently from the Glasgow West End branch and was looked after by Irene. It was a pleasure to deal with her from beginning to end. She gave me a great deal on my old car as part exchange and was very professional in all communications regarding my new car. At one point she even pointed out a broken door seal on the car which I hadn't have noticed myself and had it replaced free of charge before I picked it up.
I would highly recommend them and will probably use them again in future. Very happy with my new car.
