    Could not be happier so far with the customer service given by Sam Windsor on buying my first brand new car. Very friendly staff compared to other garages which led me to purchase the car on first visit. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new car in the future.

    There was a delay with my order but the day I finally received my car worth every wait. The customer service was excellent,I was updated each month to be informed about the progress of my order.. They talk me through everything I need to know about my car, I was also offered a drink. I was very impressed with the service I received and I Will sure recommend any one....

    All Sorted!

    I had my car serviced at Robins & Day, Hatfield. After paying £450 for my service, it seemed there was a problem providing a proper itemised bill. Another chap was called by the service receptionist. He couldn't sort it either. No problem, l was told, I will post it to you tonight. After a few days with nothing arriving I rang the receptionist. So sorry, I'll re-send it today. Still nothing arrived. I have tried email - not even the courtesy of a reply. Appalling. Like going to a restaurant and being asked to pay for a meal without being presented with the bill! OK, this matter has now been resolved. As I have always had good customer service from them in the past, I will put this down as a blip. Can't make it the full five stars though.

    Brilliant, professional

    Was an easy, professional friendly experience buying a new car from your company. Got to add better offers, deals than Arnold..with whom we have always bought our cars for past 30 + years, but dont get anything special offers in return for loyal customers.. so will see be looking at alternate car sales from.now on, will return to Robins and Day.. 10 out of 10 .

    Fab customer service from Dimitris! A big thank you to Dimitris for helping me decide and purchase my first car. From the initial enquiry, to booking an appointment to meeting with him, I felt at ease and under no pressure to make an immediate decision. With it being my first car, I wanted to ensure I was making the right decision, which included debating between two cars! Dimitris went above my expectations by assisting me all the way until 8pm on a Saturday!! Thank you again for all your help so far and I can't wait to collect my new car! Megan :)
