I spoke to Stellantis&You Citroen for my Motability car as I’m disabled, I was confused as never done this before, but after having spoken to the Motability specialist Richard Bisset, I was at ease, Richard was very calm, reassuring and friendly. He booked me in at a time that was suitable, then explained everything and advised me accordingly. Very professional, what an asset to Citroen. I would recommend to anyone I know that wants to apply for a Motability vehicle.

Took car in for noise identification
Took car in for noise identification, was water pump. The pump was replaced along with a new tyre which was worn out. Car was ready mid afternoon for collection. Excellent service as it was not booked in as normal. All dealt with a welcoming, friendly and efficient staff.
