I purchased the vehicle online & travelled from London to pick the vehicle up on Saturday morning. the vehicle was in the condition the sales man had explained on the phone . we went through the paper work , everything seemed OK, the sales man explained the service book was missing and one would be sent to me in the post back dated for any work carried out. over the weekend i went through the paper and noticed some information missing . i emailed the sales with the information that was missing & to let him no the service book still hasn't arrived yet . he replied to say he would look into it and i haven't heard from him to date. the information below i requested.
1. Key number
2. Transponder bar codes for keys
3. Radio code if applicable
4. service book still not arrived
on a separate note about the vehicle.
about three days after picking the vehicle up the add blue light come on & had to top up with 10 litres of add blue. last week at slow speeds with the window open i noticed a squeak coming from the o/s/f brake with wheel rotating at about 5 mph.
other than that everything was smooth and pleasant process and i am willing to adjust review to 5 stars when these issues have been answered.
service book & details as requested received in the post .explanation over the add blue & brake squeak except able. there for i have amended to 5 stars .
