I was so impressed with William Mason one of the service advisers. He told me about ‘Masterfit service club’ where you can get 25% off servicing and parts. You can join for free.
It made the price for the work needed on my car very competitive. I will definitely be getting my service and MOT from them next year.

Incredible service from Paul Smith at R&D Stockport.
I came in fairly clueless as to what i really wanted and he was very honest and straight forward about the features and benefits of the car i that was right for me. Never felt pushed to purchase anything and in the end he hunted tirelessly for the ex-demo i wanted.
Even when Paul was unavailable his colleagues were more than happy to help with my persistent questions.
Customer Service Is Not dead.
Met a young sales person Sebastian Boyle who took some time to show me around the new C5 aircross although he was aware I was looking for a company car. I explained that I was a little disappointed that Citroen hadn't contacted me about a test Drive. Sebastian said he had a little spare time and would I like a test drive now. It is nice to see that even us company car drivers can still get good service.

Pleased with sales process with Sham Ahmed who did a good job. Only comment is that he should have perhaps explained working of Ad Blue. Otherwise happy.
